Yoga Barre

Lengthen, strengthen, tone and balance your muscles and mind using the modalities of yoga and barre.
Starting with a yoga warm up, you will connect to your body and build some heat. Then, head to the ballet barre for a series of isometric exercises using light weights, resistance bands, and a yoga block. Class will culminate with a gentle yoga cool down and you will leave feeling connected and energized!
This class uses yoga mats; BYO, or use one of ours! Yoga Barre is best practiced in bare feet or socks.

Qigong is a system of movements and meditations designed to cultivate intention, awareness, and balance. In this one hour guided practice, we will move through a standing sequence to support soft strength, stability, somatic understanding, and a dynamic movement capacity. Sequences are designed to engage the physical body by mirroring qualities of the natural world – the steady pull of tides, the fierce spiral of a dragon, the softness of separating clouds – while simultaneously focusing the mind. With this dimensional engagement, qigong encourages feeling grounded, clear, and balanced. Where intention goes, energy flows – through practicing, we promote greater harmony into all aspects of our lives.
Oula One: Yoga Dance Flow

From Oula, this heart-based, musically-inspired yoga dance fusion class, One, is done barefoot on the mat, with no jumping or impact, making it accessible to nearly all. Through breath and heart opening movements and music, you will feel the stress and stuck emotion leave your body, as you become grounded in your sense of self and one-ness.
Ballet Burn

Reconnect ballet to your dancing body, one muscle at a time. Ballet Burn takes a traditional ballet class and weaves in elements of barre burn, to give you a head-to-toe cross-training experience. Experienced ballet dancers will love refining muscles in both turn out and parallel, but all movers will benefit from building a balanced body.
This class is open to movers of all levels; some ballet experience is recommended.
Ballet Burn uses fitness equipment like hand weights, fusion balls, and resistance bands. Bring a yoga mat if you have one. Hothouse has all equipment available for you to use!
