STUDIO RENTALS

  • If you are a prospective renter, you must complete the form below before booking your first rental. Do not book your rental after completing the form. You will receive an email back from us to schedule an introduction before gaining access to the space.

    New rentals booked without introductions from Hothouse will not be fulfilled.

  • Pop Up Rentals

    For freelance instructors of any kind public-facing event that clients attend. If you’re a freelance instructor looking for a space to hold your pop up class, this option is for you. When it’s time for your pop up, we’ll get the space open and ready for you, and we’ll make sure your clients sign our liability waiver, but otherwise the space is yours! Pop Up rentals are booked in increments of 2 hours.

    Private Rentals

    For independent artists and companies, seeking space to hold their lessons ore rehearsals, or for anyone just looking to dance around in a cool space! Our rental rates vary by a studio space; reservations have a 1-hour minimum length, and additional time can be booked in 30 minute increments, up to 4 hours.

    Private rentals must be reserved and paid online. If you’re interested in a recurring rental, we’ll work together to find a consistent day/time that suits your schedule, before you book. 

  • Hothouse is a space for adults and teens 16+. Rentals involving children are restricted to participants ages 13+ and require our approval via the First Time Renter form. Youth rentals are restricted to the following days and times.

    Weekdays 10a-4p
    Saturdays 1-5p

    Rentals involving minors must be accompanied by a dance professional; children must be supervised in the Hothouse lobby and studios at all times.

RENTAL FAQs

  • First time renters must complete a First Time Renter form and wait to hear back from us before booking. After that, you can book independently for all future rentals. Rental info and policies can be found here.

  • Pop Up Rentals

    For freelance instructors of any kind holding public-facing events or classes that clients attend.

    Private Rentals

    For independent artists and companies, seeking space to hold lessons, rehearsals, or just looking to dance around in a cool space.

  • Yes, this is a Pop-Up Rental. Please do not rent the studio as a private rental and then hold a class. You will be re-invoiced for the space if the rental guidelines are disregarded.

  • You can reschedule your rental through your MINDBODY account at any time. If you need to cancel, as long as you do so with 48+ hours notice, your rental pass will get credited to your account for future use. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full.

  • Sometimes our replies get sent to your spam folder. If you don’t see our reply in your inbox, check your spam; if it’s been more than 1 week and you haven’t seen a response from us, please contact us again!

  • Yes, with some limitations. Hothouse is a space for adults and teens 16+ to take class. Rentals involving children are restricted to participants ages 13+ and require our approval. Youth rentals are restricted to the following days and times
