Ballet Burn takes a traditional ballet class and weaves in elements of barre burn, to give you a head-to-toe cross-training experience. Experienced ballet dancers will love refining muscles in both turn out and parallel, but all movers will benefit from building a balanced body.
This class is open to movers of all levels; some ballet experience is recommended.
Ballet Burn uses fitness equipment like hand weights, fusion balls, and resistance bands. Bring a yoga mat if you have one. Hothouse has all equipment available for you to use!
